A grand jury in California’s Santa Clara County has indicted Thomas Moyer, Apple’s head of international safety, for bribery. Moyer is accused of supplying 200 iPads into the Santa County Sheriff’s office in exchange for concealed carry licenses for four Apple workers.

Moyer’s lawyer claims he did nothing wrong, and especially Apple is standing from its own executive.

“We expect all our employees to run with ethics,” an Apple spokesperson said in an declaration. “After all these allegationswe conducted a comprehensive internal investigation and discovered no wrongdoing.”
