A new Kickstarter campaign by IntecGaming aims to convert the Game Boy Advance into a console-like experience. Its ‘GBA HDMI Kit’ has so far raised just over $10,000 USD (with a goal of $49,697) and promises to be highly portable, easy to operate and a fun DIY device.
It also comes with built-in Bluetooth received – allowing it to support all sorts of gamepads (PS4, PS5, Switch Pro, Xbox One). Retro gaming mod YouTube channel Macho Nacho Productions was sent a kit, and has uploaded an entire breakdown – showing the unboxing, installation and how it works.
