Olaf Scholz hat den baltischen Nato-Staaten angesichts der Ukrainekrise Beistand zugesagt. Dass Estland der Regierung in Kiew aber Waffen aus DDR-Beständen überlassen darf, ist unwahrscheinlich. Ministerpräsidentin Kallas fand deutliche Worte.
