Tom Holland’s ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ Gives Iconic Villains New Posters

The terrifying villains from Tom Holland’s Spider-Man: No Way Home have received their own character posters.

The art and design team for Spider-Man: No Way Home is on a roll! After crafting one of the best IMAX posters we’ve seen in a long time, Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures have now dropped three new character posters for three deadly villains. The Tom Holland threequel will see several key Spider-Man villains return, including Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus, and Electro. Lizard and Sandman are also set to return, but they don’t seem to be prominent players from what we’ve seen of the film so far.

The latest Spider-Man: No Way Home posters put the focus on Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus, and Electro. Each poster highlights a villain staring menacingly at Tom Holland’s Spidey, with one component of their suit or suite of gadgets glowing.

While all the posters are fantastic, the best one is hands down the Green Goblin one. We haven’t seen too much of old Goblin in the trailers, so it’s fascinating to see the character after so long. With the green smoke masking his side, it’s a perfect reminder as to why he always used to terrify us in Sam Raimi’s first Spider-Man film.

Here is the synopsis for Spider-Man: No Way Home:

For the first time in the cinematic history of Spider-Man, our friendly neighborhood hero is umasked and no longer able to separate his normal life from the high-stakes of being a Super Hero. When he asks for help from Doctor Strange the stakes become even more dangerous, forcing him to discover what it truly means to be Spider-Man.

Directed by Jon Watts from a script written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers, Marvel’s latest stars Tom Holland, Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Tony Revolori, Martin Starr, J.B. Smoove, Marisa Tomei, Jon Favreau, Benedict Wong, Benedict Cumberbatch, and Alfred Molina.
