Adam Driver revealed he is open to returning to the Star Wars franchise as Ben Solo.
The Disney era has seen the return of many veteran Star Wars actors so far and will continue to do so, with Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christensen notably coming back for Obi-Wan Kenobi. While the sequel trilogy just wrapped up, it’s only a matter of time before stars like Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, and Adam Driver return to a galaxy far, far, away.
Lucasfilm head Kathleen Kennedy recently hinted at the return of sequel trilogy characters in the future. Adam Driver’s Ben Solo was one of the most beloved characters in the latest trilogy of films, and while he died, the actor revealed to UNILAD that he’s not opposed to going back to Star Wars:
“No, I’m totally not against it. For me, it’s a filmmaker’s medium, so my only thing is working with great filmmakers. Whatever the size … it’s never been interesting to me, to an extent. There’s interesting things about working on both. I always just follow people I’d be interested in working with, and whether I’d be right for the part — things like that. No, definitely not averse.”
