‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ TV Spot Puts The Focus On Peter Parker & MJ’s Relationship

The latest TV spot for Spider-Man: No Way Home highlights MJ’s relationship with Peter Parker in the wake of his identity being revealed.

Spider-Man: Far From Home ended with a huge bombshell: the world knows Spidey’s identity thanks to Mysterio. With Peter Parker declared Public Enemy No. 1, it’s no surprise that this causes a rift between his and MJ’s relationship, which began to blossom after their trip from Europe. During the footage we’ve seen so far of the Spidey threequel, Peter is adamant that he wants things to work with MJ, despite the public fallout from his identity being revealed.

In a brand new TV spot for Tom Holland’s latest adventure as the web crawler, we see more footage of Peter Parker and MJ swinging through the city as everyone realizes who Spider-Man really is. Tensions rise between the two as they determine where to go. More footage that we’ve previously seen is shown, followed by an emotional moment where MJ tells Peter that they’ll “get through this together.” The TV spot then ends with Spider-Man leaping to save MJ as she falls from the Statue of Liberty.

Here is the synopsis for Tom Holland’s Spider-Man: No Way Home:

“For the first time in the cinematic history of Spider-Man, our friendly neighborhood hero’s identity is revealed, bringing his Super Hero responsibilities into conflict with his normal life and putting those he cares about most at risk. When he enlists Doctor Strange’s help to restore his secret, the spell tears a hole in their world, releasing the most powerful villains who’ve ever fought a Spider-Man in any universe. Now, Peter will have to overcome his greatest challenge yet, which will not only forever alter his own future but the future of the Multiverse.”

Directed by Jon Watts from a script written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers, Spider-Man: No Way Home stars Tom Holland, Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Tony Revolori, Martin Starr, J.B. Smoove, Marisa Tomei, Jon Favreau, Benedict Wong, Benedict Cumberbatch, Willem Dafoe, Alfred Molina, Jamie Foxx, Thomas Haden Church, and Rhys Ifans.
