Yahya Abdul-Mateen II’s New Black Manta Suit Revealed From ‘Aquaman And The Lost Kingdom’

Yahya Abdul-Mateen II’s new Black Manta suit from Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom was revealed.

Production on James Wan’s highly-anticipated DC Extended Universe sequel Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom is underway, and we received an exciting behind-the-scenes look at what to expect. Some of the exciting action sequences and massive sets were teased, but perhaps the coolest reveal was the new design for Black Manta, played by Emmy Award-winner Yahya Abdul-Mateen II.

From the behind-the-scenes look, it appears that the new Black Manta suit looks to take even further influence from the Aquaman comic books, making it a near-perfect translation into live-action form. Couple that with the brilliant onscreen physical presence of Yahya Abdul-Mateen II in the suit, we truly got something striking to behold.
