Grant Gustin’s version of The Flash has had an interesting time as of late. Season seven ended with the titular speedster defeating the antagonist Godspeed and saving the year 2049. The season also ended with Barry Allen and Iris West renewing their vows and preventing the death Jay Garrick. Now the big question on everyone’s mind is what comes next for Grant Gustin’s version of The Flash?
The upcoming 8th season is set to kick off with a five-part crossover event known as “Armageddon”. The big difference between this crossover and previous ones is that it will all take place within The Flash series. Earlier this month, we got our first look at Grant Gustin sporting a new pair of gold boots thanks to a leaked set video. Now we have our first official look at the new footwear thanks to this year’s DC FanDome event.

The Flash stars Grant Gustin as Barry Allen, Candice Patton as Iris West, Danielle Panabaker as Caitlin Snow / Killer Frost, Jesse L. Martin as Joe West, and Danielle Nicolet as Cecile Horton.
