Rainy day turned into a GREAT DAY!!! We had no expectations when we took the kids to the 99 Cents Store for the first time. Well, we expected it to be cheap – and it wasn’ t! But it sure was fun! We let the children pick out three things each at the store and then we had a full-on party at home afterwards!
