Hailee Steinfeld took to Instagram to share a brand new look at her Hawkeye ace-archer Kate Bishop.
Earlier today, Marvel Studios released the first official trailer for Jeremy Renner’s Hawkeye, which sees his character going after a mysterious-hooded archer who turns out to be super-fan Kate Bishop. Played by Hailee Steinfeld, Bishop has been a mainstay in the Hawkeye lore since her introduction in 2005. Now, the character is about to make her live-action debut in the Disney Plus series, which is strangely set around Christmas time.
Before the trailer for the Disney Plus series dropped, Hailee Steinfeld took to Instagram to share a behind-the-scenes look at her Hawkeye character with her millions of fans.
Even though the trailer is out, details are still slim on the Hawkeye series. What’s most surprising is how heavily the show is leaning into the whole Christmas theme. It’s defintely a unqiue aspect and should bring about lots of cheers at the back-half of the season will be airing right around the Holidays.
Jeremy Renner’s Hawkeye was last seen in Avengers: Endgame. Here’s the synopsis for the movie:
