‘Titans’ Star Vincent Kartheiser Faced Investigations For On-Set Behavior

Scarecrow actor Vincent Kartheiser had several investigations opened for his on-set behavior while filming Titans season three.

Titans season three notably takes place in Gotham City and involves some of Batman’s most infamous villains. Vincent Kartheiser joined the cast as Scarecrow for season three, but the character has been absent from the show’s promotional material despite his prominent role.

According to Deadline, this is because Vincent Kartheiser was the subject of a few investigations for his behavior on set. The first investigation was due to “verbal comments and outbursts,” and the actor received a warning from the studio. As Titans season three filming neared its end, another complaint came to light and the actor was monitored on set as a result. A spokesman for Kartheiser responded to the story with the following statement:

“Vincent Kartheiser vehemently denies the allegations. Warner Bros investigated this matter and made clear to Mr. Kartheiser its expectations for behavior on the set, and he agreed to comply with their directives.”

Here is the official synopsis for Titans season three:

“Titans follows young heroes from across the DC Universe as they come of age and find where they belong. In season three, circumstances draw our heroes to Gotham City, where they will reunite with old friends and face new threats.”

Titans stars Brenton Thwaites as Nightwing, Anna Diop as Starfire, Teagan Croft as Raven, Ryan Potter as Beast Boy, Minka Kelly as Dove, Alan Ritchson as Hawk, Joshua Orpin as Superboy, Chelsea Zhang as Rose, Curran Walters as Red Hood, and Iain Glen as Bruce Wayne.

The first three episodes of Titans’ season three are now available on HBO Max, with new episodes hitting weekly. Stay tuned for all the latest news on the DC series, and be sure to subscribe to Heroic Hollywood’s YouTube channel for more original video content.
