Harrison Ford’s upcoming film, Indiana Jones 5 has added Antonio Banderas to its already impressive cast.
Relatively little is known about the upcoming Indiana Jones film beyond the occasional leak and rumor. The Nazis will apparently return for the upcoming installment and will supposedly focus on the Space Race of the 60s and 70s. What we do know for sure is that the film has already assembled an impressive cast.
Since the film was first announced a number of talented actors have been added to its roster. In addition to Harrison Ford, this has included actors like Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Mads Mikkelsen, and Boyd Holbrook. Now the cast has added Antonio Banderas to its team.
In a career that has spanned nearly 40 years, Antonio Banderas has taken nearly every role imaginable. From the action hero to the comedic relief, the actor has a diverse resume but is perhaps best known for his collaborations with director Robert Rodriguez and his voiceover work as the Shrek character Puss in Boots. Now the actor will be adding a classic franchise to his already impressive resume. According to a new report, Antonio Banderas is set to join the upcoming Indiana Jones film. Like many of his fellow cast members, it is currently unknown what role he will play in the Harrison Ford movie.
