Justice League star Henry Cavill looks more heroic than ever as Superman in a new concept design that shows the actor in the Rebirth suit.
Henry Cavill first appeared as Superman in Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel and was last seen in Justice League. While he did appear in this year’s Zack Snyder Cut, effectively closing out his story, the jury’s still out on if he’ll return as the Son of Krypton anytime soon. While the current plan is to reboot the character with a black lead, there is space in the DC Extended Universe for multiple Supermen to exist. And what better version of Superman is there than the Rebirth one?
A new concept design sees Henry Cavill rocking the Rebirth Superman suit. The Rebirth storyline posits Superman as a leader, husband and father, an extremely confident hero who has ample responsibilities. Should Cavill return to the role after Justice League, the Rebirth story would serve as an amazing plotline to influence a Superman film.

“In ZACK SNYDER’S JUSTICE LEAGUE, determined to ensure Superman’s (Henry Cavill) ultimate sacrifice was not in vain, Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) aligns forces with Diana Prince (Gal Gadot) with plans to recruit a team of metahumans to protect the world from an approaching threat of catastrophic proportions.
