Publisher Deep Silver has announced the revival of Free Radical Design, which will be responsible for reviving the TimeSplitters IP. It will be made up of key members of the original Free Radical, including the former Rareware employees Steve Ellis and David Doak.
The first TimeSplitters was released in the year 2000 and was followed up by two future interations – loaded with pop culture and more. Here’s what Steve Ellis – the studio’s development director – had to say about the return of Free Radical Design:
