Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is not only the 3rd best-selling Switch game of the system’s life to date, but it’s also right at the top among the most active online communities. Fighters keep fighting, Nintendo keeps the DLC coming, and there aren’t many complaints.
There are also regular ‘official’ online tournaments, too, often adopting certain themes. Starting on 14th May and running for three days, the next event will be all about “items that pack a wallop”.
