Update : Fighting EX Layer: Another Dash is now available on the Switch eShop in Japan and will arrive in Europe and North America on 15th April. There’ll be a free version and you’ll be able to upgrade to the paid version – offering a total of 18 playable fighters and more modes – for roughly $25 USD (thanks, EventHubs).
