Last summer, we shared the news that Italian developer 3DClouds was working on a brand new pirate-based RPG called King of Seas. The announcement went down a treat, and while the new title missed its initial 2020 release window, a new partnership means the game’s in very good hands.
Today, the developer has announced that it has signed a publishing deal with UK studio Team17, with plans now in place to launch the game across Switch and other platforms in May 2021. 3DClouds says the new deal will “provide additional resources for the team to work on enhancing the gameplay quality as well as implement further languages into the game.”
