Tom Cruise Mission: Impossible Coronavirus

Tom Cruise Mission: Impossible CoronavirusA new audio clip reveals Mission: Impossible 7 star Tom Cruise berating crew members for not following the COVID-19 safety guidelines.

Leaked audio from the Mission: Impossible 7 set reveals Tom Cruise’s outrage at two crew members after they were reportedly breaking the COVID-19 guidelines. Given how much disruption in the film and TV industry has been caused by the pandemic so far, it’s understandable why Cruise was so frustrated. However the way he yelled at the Mission: Impossible 7 crew is being heavily debated online, with many saying that the behavior from Cruise (who is also a producer) was unprofessional.

The audio from the London set was originally published by The Sun and quickly caught the attention of many film fans online. The publication reported that the star’s outburst was because two particular crew members were stood half a meter in front of a monitor. While Tom Cruise’s anger seems relatively justified since he’s put plenty of his own money into making sure the production continues smoothly, it also feels like an overreaction.

“We are the gold standard. They’re back there in Hollywood making movies right now because of us! Because they believe in us and what we’re doing! I’m on the phone with every f***ing studio at night, insurance companies, producers, and they’re looking at us and using us to make their movies. We are creating thousands of jobs you motherf***ers.

I don’t ever want to see it again, ever! And if you don’t do it you’re fired, if I see you do it again you’re f***ing gone. And if anyone in this crew does it – that’s it, and you too and you too. And you, don’t you ever f***ing do it again.”
