You would think 2020 has a lot of its own difficulties with no revisiting scandals from ten decades back, but we are!
ICYMI, Miley Cyrus dredged a decade-old play over the weekend after she commemorated the anniversary of the notorious 2010 bong video. The clip of a 18-year-old Miley carrying a hit from a bong (that she {} was salvia, an authorized material ) was leaked into TMZ, which triggered a great deal of controversy in the moment.
Back in the day, the man who took the heat for your escape was Cyrus’s pal Anna Oliver, that could be observed on the movie supporting the singer (and asserting she had been “documenting the so called **t from the right today ”). Anna was immediately murdered by Miley lovers for her supposed betrayal. To make things worse, she’d been spotted hanging together with Demi Lovato ahead of the Camp Rock celebrity’s rehabilitation stint, so that she essentially became persona non grata about the Disney teenage scene.
Naturally, this was ancient history before the Plastic Hearts performer introduced up it — and after more blamed Anna to the episode. Especially, she wrote:
“(Not certain the manager of the fine movie ought to be regarded as a ‘buddy ’ however…)”
So what is Anna’s side of this story? Well, on her Instagram webpage, a commenter requested:
“What is your answer miles [sic] Cyrus phoning you a bogus buddy and a medication pushing snake?? Any comment please?? ”
Anna responded:
“certain! Here is my reply: How do you accuse me of being a fantastic friend to you. You understand this movie was not intended to be viewed by anyone besides you and I. Up to now, that hearing my voice inside makes me want to puke. ”
She continued:
“I had been a NAIVE dumb child back then, no doubt about it, however that I had no malicious intention WHATSOEVER. I was young, far away from home, with fun and doing dumb shit with my buddies. Like nearly everybody does at this age. In the event you were doing something harmful or dangerous I would have NEVER invited it. Ever. I appreciated and cared for you profoundly. You’re my best buddy. You (along with your boss, lawyer, & household ) know damn well I just did not promote or flow that movie to anyone – that my camera AND YOUR PHONE have been BOTH stolen TOGETHER. ”
Anna has promised since back at the afternoon the movie has been stolen — and because her IG includes a pic by the former child star’s birthday back in 2013, a few years after the first episode, we must wonder whether Miley did consider that, also.

Oliver concluded:
“You realize this, however have not felt the need to say that, even if folks are endangering my LIFE only since they think I have betrayed you. I have kept my mouth shut all these years, also suffered an incredible quantity of misuse from this. I am sobbing now as I write this. I’m a fantastic man, also pride myself to be individual being FRIEND. You ought to be ashamed of your self with your capacity to establish this sort of character assassination. Reliving this nightmare is only the cherry on top of some great 2020. Thanks. ”
Oof. She has been holding on this grudge for many years.
