The challenge of Digital board meetings

Are digital board meetings as powerful as in-person board meetings?  A full 45 percent of the responding to some NACD poll being published this morning ,”no” 

The question?  In accordance with 72% of the responding, it is the reduction of”nonverbal communication involving supervisors.”  Eye rolls, tactical slumps, purposeful notetaking, along with other well-worn resources of plank room persuasion seemingly lose their power within Zoom.  However, 93 percent of these respondents stated their board has been”capable to regulate effectively in the new surroundings,” while 63 percent said their time devotion for a manager travelled up.
