Just two weeks after the first spike of consumer accounts, Team YouTube promised users that the agency was back online, however with no excuse at all regarding what went wrong or the way the problem was fixed–on its own Twitter accounts or at the service ribbon it started to keep users abreast of their outage status. That is an unfortunate comparison to other enormous providers, which have a tendency to provide quite comprehensive explanations in short sequence during comparable outages.
Though YouTube is possessed by Google, the support is not contained at the Google Cloud Dashboard or Alpha Bundle Dashboard–either of that report important technical detail regarding technology problems as they happen, and of that reported any substantial issues last night. When contacted for comment, YouTube agents so far aren’t providing any additional information and just refer any queries to the tweets connected over.
