Two weeks ago, downhill biking game Descenders received a pretty significant update. What we – and indeed, everyone – didn’t know at the time, however, was that the update added a secret new world.
Mike Rose, of the game’s publisher No More Robots, has revealed that developer Rage Squid has included “an entire new world in the game which took special steps to find”. He says ‘took’, rather than ‘takes’, because a tiny number of players have now stumbled across it.
