The creator of a Texas-based firm which wishes to place over 200 very massive satellites to low-Earth orbit has repeatedly pushed {} {} from NASA these spacecraft pose an orbital debris risk.

“We are not a lot of cowboys launch tanks,” said Abel Avellan, creator of AST & Science, at a meeting. “That can be really a severe, well-funded project”
