Japanese Charts: Animal Crossing Has To Settle For Second As FIFA 21 Tops The Table

Switch sales see slight boost.

Famitsu’s Japanese chart figures are now in for 5th – 11th October, revealing that new release FIFA 21 has debuted in first place.

The game sold an estimated 39,152 physical copies on PS4 to go top of the charts, narrowly beating this week’s boxed sales of Animal Crossing: New Horizons. The Switch version of FIFA also made it into the top ten, landing in sixth spot.
