Seth Grahame-Smith is officially set to write and showrun the live-action Green Lantern series coming to HBO Max.
HBO Max’s Green Lantern series has found its showrunner in Seth Grahame-Smith, the novelist-turned-writer known for his work on Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter and The Lego Batman Movie. Grahame-Smith is also is also co-writing the Green Lantern pilot with Arrowverse veteran Marc Guggenheim.
The Green Lantern series has landed a 10-episode straight-to-series order at HBO Max. It is set to feature the classic Green Lantern characters Guy Gardner, Jessica Cruz, Simon Baz and Alan Scott, as well as the hero-turned-villain Sinestro.
