Microsoft has just announced its latest addition to the expanding Surface household,” the Surface Notebook Go, along with an upgraded Surface Guru X. The Notebook Proceed aims to deliver cheap Windows calculating to trendy, premium hardware at the mid sized laptop section, starting from $549.
