Delta IV Heavy scrubs again, ULA chief Promises to Alter readiness Surgeries

Late Wednesday night, United Launch Alliance’s big Delta IV Heavy rocket {} within moments of lifting off by the Florida launch pad. But once more, the launch has been scrubbed.

Adhering to the automatic abort of this rocket in T-7 minutes, both booster and its own beneficial National Reconnaissance Office payload have been stated to be secure.
