Dixie D’Amelio Crowns Top Triller U.S. & Global Charts, With Help From Her Sister

Social media star Dixie D’Amelio’s single “Be Happy” has found its way to No. 1 on a social media-influenced Billboard chart.

“Be Happy” debuts at No. 1 on both Billboard’s Top Triller U.S. and Top Triller Global charts, marking D’Amelio’s first leader on either list.

The Top Triller U.S. and Top Triller Global charts highlight the biggest songs on Triller based on a formula blending the amount of views of videos containing a respective songs, the level of engagement with those videos and the raw total of videos uploaded featuring each song, according to Triller. Data for the charts is represented on a Friday-Thursday tracking week, with the latest period running Sept. 11-17.

“Be Happy” reigns with the top video on the platform for the week. being from none other than D’Amelio’s sister, Charli, herself. Charli D’Amelio’s Sept. 14 upload featuring the song has racked up 13.4 million views on Triller to date.

The second biggest? Dixie’s own Sept. 11 post featuring the song, which has claimed 12.7 million views. And third – surprise – Dixie again, this time her Sept. 14 video (7.7 million).

Concurrently, “Be Happy” launches 33% in U.S. on-demand streams, up to 4 million in the Sept. 11-17 tracking week, according to Nielsen Music/MRC Data.
