A federal judge gave the Trump government until Friday to {} its intended ban of short-form-video program TikTok in courtroom or hold off, including yet another wrinkle into the apparently boundless on-again, off-again saga.

In case the government does not voluntarily postpone the projected TikTok ban from 2:30pm (EDT) on Friday, then it might need to appear to get a hearing Sunday afternoon, where he’ll rule TikTok’s petition for an injunction about the ban, and Judge Carl Nichols of the US District Court for DC stated now.

Nichols reported the ban, when it happens, could stop possibly thousands and thousands of users every day from registering for TikTok. “I do not believe [a prohibit ] simply maintains the status quo,” he explained, based on ” The Wall Street Journal.
