Movement Festival Producers Announce Streaming Partnership With Twitch: Exclusive

Paxahau, the manufacturers of Detroit’s long underground electronic music festival Movement, have announced a partnership using all streaming platform Twitch.

Starting Wednesday (Sept. 16) that the Paxahau.TV station will flow exclusive weekly programming, together with four approaching Movement-themed digital festivals.

This very first digital festival, Movement Selects Vol. 1, occurs Sept. 25-27 with performances from techno pioneers Juan Atkins, Eddie Fowlkes and Kevin Saunderson, the latter of whom can play as Inner City. Ellum Audio, Maceo Plex and much more will even stream collections. Dates and lineups to both remaining events will be announced in the forthcoming weeks.

With this statement, Paxahau joins a growing set of festival creates who are making their events on the internet throughout the ordeal. Insomniac, Tomorrowland, Lollapalooza and much more have hosted virtual festivals instead of live occasions this year.
