News comes after recent construction restart due to COVID-19.
Super Nintendo World’s not had a brilliant start. The Japanese park’s opening got delayed back in January, and though we knew it would be sometime before the United States parks opened, we didn’t know how long we’d be waiting. As it turns out, Orlando’s Super Nintendo World – part of the wider Epic Universe park – won’t be opening for another four years.
Construction had previously been delayed due to Covid-19, pushing back the planned 2023 opening into 2024. As reported by the Orlando Sentinel, Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings has advised that Universal are now planning to finish the upcoming theme park by 2025.
