UK physical chart data is now in for the week ending 1st January, revealing that Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has managed to take the first pole position of 2022.
The game is joined by four other Nintendo Switch exclusives in the top ten, with Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Mario Party Superstars managing to climb back into the pecking order after some time away. Animal Crossing: New Horizons is Switch’s next best performing exclusive, landing in third spot just behind FIFA 22.
