Deadpool 2 star Zazie Beetz wants to return as Domino in an upcoming sequel.
One of the standout stars from Deadpool 2 was Zazie Beetz, who portrayed the lucky and agile Domino. Though her role was short, Domino immediately became a fan favorite by the end of the film thanks to her humor and abilities. We’ve known for a while that Deadpool 3 will be a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but it has been unclear if characters like Dopinder or Domino would return for the threequel.
When speaking with ComicBook.com, Zazie Beetz was asked about the future of her Deadpool character and while she’s uncertain regarding what’s next, she’s down to return for as many sequels Disney and Marvel can pump out.
“I would love to revisit Domino. I would love to do a Deadpool 3, 4, 5, 7, 19. I’ve also wanted to be like, ‘Maybe I could just do my own origin story.’ I feel honored to have been able to depict her on screen and to have played with her, as her. I love her and so I would be more than happy to revisit her on camera. And I think I will. If Disney doesn’t make it happen, I’ll make it happen.”
It’s hard not to imagine the character returning for a future film, especially after her warm reception. Besides that, Domino is one of the few characters from the franchise that can easily function and adapt well with a PG-13 rating, should the franchise go that direction.

“After surviving a near fatal bovine attack, a disfigured cafeteria chef (Wade Wilson) struggles to fulfill his dream of becoming Mayberry’s hottest bartender while also learning to cope with his lost sense of taste. Searching to regain his spice for life, as well as a flux capacitor, Wade must battle ninjas, the yakuza, and a pack of sexually aggressive canines, as he journeys around the world to discover the importance of family, friendship, and flavor – finding a new taste for adventure and earning the coveted coffee mug title of World’s Best Lover.”
Directed by David Leitch from a script written by Rhett Reese & Paul Wernick & Ryan Reynolds, the film stars Ryan Reynolds, Josh Brolin, Morena Baccarin, Julian Dennison, Zazie Beetz, T.J. Miller, Brianna Hildebrand, and Jack Kesy.
