Forty Jane Does who state that they have been victims of GirlsDoPorn yesterday sued Pornhub for {} million per year, alleging that Pornhub hosted videos regardless of understanding”GirlsDoPorn had been a sexual trafficking venture”
The suit was registered from Pornhub and Pornhub proprietor MindGeek at US District Court for the Southern District of California. The complaint asks for”compensatory damages in a sum that exceeds 1 million dollars for every plaintiff,” and an additional $1 million or more in punitive damages.
While they were different companies, a number of the movies made by GirlsDoPorn were uploaded to hosted on Pornhub. The suit stated that”As soon as 2009, and by autumn 2016, MindGeek understood GirlsDoPorn had been trafficking its victims {} fraud, coercion, and intimidation as part of its customary industry techniques to find the girls to picture the movies”
