There’s a host of experiences to uncover at the Bossa Labs Medical Facility, perfect for improving your surgical skills.

Here are our five tips from the Bossa Studios team on how to kickstart your Surgeon Simulator 2: Access All Areas journey, and become the ultimate A++ rated surgeon.

1. Dress for Success with In-game Cosmetics

Visit the lobby mirror to customise Heather, Kamal, Milo or Penny with our range of in-game outfits and accessories. You’ll find a range of surgical gloves, Nigel Burke’s wristwatch for that dose of nostalgia and some more wildcard options.

Stand out in multiplayer or just detract attention from your surgery by opting for one of our recently added cosmetics. From an oversized dinosaur head to a full Plague Doctor outfit, you choose your surgical attire.

2. Team-up for Trauma with Multiplayer

Find out if four hands are better than one with multiplayer in Surgeon Simulator 2: Access All Areas. Party up with other Xbox players to uncover the mystery of the Medical Facility in campaign, compete in Free-for-All mode, build levels or explore player-made ones.

Surgery is a sport best enjoyed with friends, and the multiplayer aspect of Surgeon Simulator 2: Access All Areas brings a new level of madness to the already chaotic gameplay.

3. Play Through the Peculiar Campaign

Complete the 11 campaign levels to build-up your surgical skills, and unearth the mystery of the Bossa Labs Medical Facility at the same time. Experience new surgeries and challenges in each level, and piece together the unsavory goings-on at the Medical Facility.

Written by award-winning writer Rhianna Pratchett, the Surgeon Simulator 2: Access All Areas campaign has more twists and turns than Bob’s intestines.

4. Compete in Free-for-All Mode

Now that you’re confident with your surgery hand, jump into Free-for-All mode using the in-game terminal. Experience nine party-style levels, from surgical relay races to limb-throwing challenges.

Party up with friends or matchmake with other Xbox players and see who comes out on top in the Free-for-All leaderboards.

5. Explore Player-Made Levels

With the level-building tool available to all Surgeon Simulator 2: Access All Areas players, there’s a whole host of player-made levels to explore. The level builder includes all the in-game props, textures and sounds so players can create their own levels with endless possibilities.

Our current catalogue of player-made levels is always expanding. Dive into surgical levels to continue challenging yourself, or queue levels such as Crazy Golf or Tomb of The Crystal Egg to experience something completely new.
