A set of androids battle to increase human kids on a hostile world in improved by Wolves, the newest sci-fi show that only completed its first time on HBO Max. Within this age of bankable franchises, reboots, along with adaptations, it was refreshing to watch anything really original and visionary hit on the little display, and we had high hopes for this sequence.
That expectation was sadly lost. Allowed, in its previous episodes, Raised by Wolves is gloomy, atmospheric, curiously disquieting, and thought-provoking, using stunning cinematography. So it is particularly bothersome the series squanders all that ample promise using a clunky, incoherent finale with a hackneyed, ham-fisted, completely unnecessary twist which left us critically questioning whether we {} to tune to get another season.
(Spoilers under, but most of important exhibits about the finale–since WTAF? –are under the gallery and we’re going to provide a heads up once we arrive.)
