“We take matters of employment very seriously”.
Earlier this week, Nintendo of America was named alongside hiring firm Aston Carter in a National Labor Relations Board filing, where an “unnamed worker” claimed their legally protected right to unionise was violated.
Nintendo has now officially responded to this with the following statement (via GoNintendo), mentioning how it remains “committed” to providing a welcoming and supporting work environment for both employees and contractors.
