Determine ruled Elon Musk’s “Funding secured” tweet was false, plaintiff states

The shareholder who sued Elon Musk and Tesla over Musk’s infamous “Funding secured” tweet will be seeking a temporary restraining order to be able to prevent Musk from continuing for you to claim publicly that this 2018 twitter update was accurate. Charge plaintiff symbolizing a class of Tesla investors says a federal judge has ruled that Musk’s tweet has been false—although that ruling has not really yet been unsealed.

“As this Court has decided in the recent order granting Litigant’s motion for partial summary view, the statements above by Musk were fake and misleading and that Spray made these false statements carelessly and with full awareness associated with the facts that he misconstrued in the tweets, ” said typically the filing upon Friday in this class action lawsuit in ALL OF US District Court for the North District of California.
