Harley Quinn co-creator Patrick Schumacker revealed at SXSW a spin-off series is in development for HBO Max. Harley Quinn was one of the shows that made it from DC Universe to HBO Max, and it has become one of the streamer’s first successes. This is why it should come as no surprise that HBO Max is now developing a spin-off series, which will follow fan-favorite Kite Man and other notable villains.
