Das Amtsgericht Kerpen hat am Mittwochabend Haftbefehl gegen einen 17 Jahre alten Terrorverdächtigen erlassen. Das bestätigte ein Gerichtssprecher am Donnerstag. Anschließend sei der Jugendliche in die Jugendhaftanstalt nach Wuppertal gebracht worden. Weitere Details wurden zunächst nicht genannt. Z
