Police in Texas believe a 3-year-old girl is in “grave, immediate danger” after she vanished from a playground.
According to a news release from the San Antonio Police Department, Lina Sadar Khil (above) was last seen Monday between 4 and 5 p.m. in the 9400 Block of Fredericksburg Road in San Antonio. Police Chief William McManus said the tot was playing on a playground at her apartment complex when her mother left the area for a short time.
When she came back, she discovered her daughter had vanished. McManus noted that Lina was not left alone, as there were other parents with their kids at the playground when her mom walked away.

Lina’s parents are cooperating with the department, which is now asking the FBI for assistance in their search. McManus said, per MySanAntonio.com:
“We will continue this until, hopefully, we find Lina but we are not stopping. This will be continuous. We’ve got a command line set up and we’re continuing to do this for the long haul if that’s necessary.”
The young girl was last seen with her hair in a ponytail wearing a red dress, black jacket, and black shoes. Anyone with information is urged to call SAPD Missing Person’s Unit at 210-207-7660.
