A brand new promo for Spider-Man: No Way Home shows Jamie Foxx’s Electro excited about the possibilities of the multiverse.
It’s almost maddening to believe that Spider-Man: No Way Home hits cinemas in less than a month. The Spidey threequel is set to open up the multiverse in full force, reintroducing some of the character’s most iconic villains from three different cinematic generations. So far, the trailers have mostly focused on Spider-Man 2’s Doctor Octopus, who appears to be the first foe that Tom Holland’s web crawler will face. The buck doesn’t stop there as the Green Goblin, Lizard, Sandman, and Electro are also all set to return, making Spider-Man: No Way Home the villain meet-up you don’t want to miss.
The latest promo for Tom Holland’s latest teases the film’s IMAX run, as well as Jamie Foxx’s Electro. In the new footage, Electro expresses his excitement about being in the new Peter Parker universe.
The TV spot also features new footage of the Statue of Liberty, which sports Captain America’s shield, as well as a brand new look at Doctor Strange and Spidey in the mirror dimension.
Here is the synopsis for Spider-Man: No Way Home:
“For the first time in the cinematic history of Spider-Man, our friendly neighborhood hero’s identity is revealed, bringing his Super Hero responsibilities into conflict with his normal life and putting those he cares about most at risk. When he enlists Doctor Strange’s help to restore his secret, the spell tears a hole in their world, releasing the most powerful villains who’ve ever fought a Spider-Man in any universe. Now, Peter will have to overcome his greatest challenge yet, which will not only forever alter his own future but the future of the Multiverse.”

Smoove, Marisa Tomei, Jon Favreau, Benedict Wong, Benedict Cumberbatch, Willem Dafoe, Alfred Molina, Jamie Foxx, Thomas Haden Church, and Rhys Ifans with Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield heavily rumored to appear.
