The latest TV spot for Hawkeye previews the partnership between Clint Barton and Kate Bishop.
The holiday season is practically here and so is the upcoming series, Hawkeye. The Disney Plus series is now only weeks away from its two-episode premiere on the streaming service, and we continue to get more insight into what we can expect.
One major draw for Hawkeye is that it will feature the MCU debut of Hailee Steinfeld’s Kate Bishop. In the brand-new TV spot released by Marvel, we get some new footage, which includes Vera Farmiga’s Eleanor Bishop questioning the partnership between Clint Barton and Kate Bishop in the midst of an “Avengers-level threat.” You can watch the new TV spot for the Marvel Studios series below.
There are a lot of rumors swirling around the Hawkeye series, but so far it appears the series is small-scale compared to what was considered an “Avengers-level threat” by Mysterio in Spider-Man: Far From Home. Perhaps the six-episode event will be much bigger than what the released footage has been letting on. Another indicator of this is that none of the footage has featured Yelena Belova, who we know is in the series.
Here is the synopsis for Hawkeye:
Former Avenger Clint Barton has a seemingly simple mission: get back to his family for Christmas. Possible? Maybe with the help of Kate Bishop, a 22-year-old archer with dreams of becoming a Super Hero. The two are forced to work together when a presence from Barton’s past threatens to derail far more than the festive spirit.
Hawkeye stars Jeremy Renner, Hailee Steinfeld, Vera Farmiga, Fra Fee, Tony Dalton, Brian d’Arcy James, and Alaqua Cox. Florence Pugh is expected to return in her Black Widow role.
Hawkeye is set to premiere with two episodes on November 24, exclusively on Disney Plus. Stay tuned to Heroic Hollywood for the latest news regarding the future of the MCU, and be sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel for more content!
