‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ Producer On If Tom Hardy’s Venom Appears

Spider-Man: No Way Home producer Amy Pascal addressed rumors of Tom Hardy appearing in the film as Venom.

With less than two months away from its release, Spider-Man: No Way Home looks to bring audiences into the Multiverse. The Multiverse had been teased by the Marvel Cinematic Universe in previous films and shows, but this upcoming film looks to showcase the massive potential that the concept brings now that villains such as Alfred Molina’s Doc Ock and Jamie Foxx’s Electro are involved. Some have speculated that thanks to the Multiverse, Tom Hardy may appear in the film as Venom.

Amy Pascal, producer on Spider-Man: No Way Home was asked about the possibility of seeing Tom Hardy crossing over to the upcoming MCU film, to which she played coy to Empire Magazine:

“You know I’ll never tell you that. But it was a lot of fun to do, and we love Tom Hardy.”

In the mid-credits scene for Venom: Let There Be Carnage, Tom Hardy’s Eddie Brock gets transported into the MCU via some sort of Multiverse action. We then see J.K. Simmons as J. Jonah Jameson from the Daily Bugle sharing his report on Peter Parker’s identity revelation. Although it remains unknown whether or not Tom Hardy will appear as Venom in Spider-Man: No Way Home, a crossover is inevitable, so fans can have that to look forward to.

Here is the synopsis for Spider-Man: No Way Home:

“For the first time in the cinematic history of Spider-Man, our friendly neighborhood hero is umasked and no longer able to separate his normal life from the high-stakes of being a Super Hero.
