An underwhelming launch for My Friend Peppa Pig.
UK physical chart data is now in for the week ending 23rd October, showing the return of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe as the lead Switch exclusive, with Metroid Dread falling back but remaining in the top 10.
The entire top three otherwise has a familiar feel, with FIFA 22 and Far Cry 6 maintaining first and second places; 9% of those FIFA sales are the ‘Legacy’ edition on Switch. There weren’t many notable new releases last week from a Switch perspective, though My Friend Peppa Pig had an underwhelming launch as it made its debut in 26th place, with over three quarters of those sales being the Switch version.
