During the recent Super Smash Bros. presentation, which revealed Kingdom Hearts’ Sora as the final DLC fighter, it was revealed that the entire Kingdom Hearts series is headed to Switch. What should have been an incredible announcement was somewhat dampened, however, with the catch being that the entire collection would only be available in Cloud Version form.
It’s safe to say that the reaction wasn’t particularly great; we ran a poll right here on Nintendo Life to see how many of you would be interested in picking up the cloud versions and, at the time of writing, only 9% of respondents were confident in a ‘yes’ answer. The vast majority of respondents had no interest at all or would have preferred native ports of the games.
