Sound Team On Ezra Miller’s The Flash’ Wraps Production

The sound team on Ezra Miller’s The Flash has announced that they have officially wrapped production.

The Flash is set to be one of DC’s most important films thanks to its introduction of the multiverse. The film will feature not one, but two Batmen, bringing back both Ben Affleck and Michael Keaton as their respective Caped Crusaders. Beyond the inclusion of the two Batmen, details on Ezra Miller’s solo outing as The Flash are slim. Now, it looks like a core component of the film has wrapped production, signaling just how far into shooting the production team is. .

After a long shoot in Europe during the COVID-19 pandemic, the sound team on The Flash has confirmed that they’ve wrapped production after 124 days. Taking to Instagram, the sound team thanked the rest of the crew, cast, and director Andy Muschietti, who most certainly has a lengthy post-production ahead of him. It is unclear at the moment if the entire The Flash production has wrapped.

Seeing as the sound team has wrapped production, it’s entirely likely that the rest of the major teams will wrap up in the coming days, possibly just in time for DC FanDome, the comic company’s virtual fan event, which is set to return for its sophomore year next weekend. The event is set to showcase numerous DC Extended Universe properties, including Ezra Miller’s The Flash. During the event’s brand new trailer, we received a brand new look at Barry Allen. It’s unclear if fans can expect a trailer at the event or if they’re just in for some behind-the-scenes footage. Regardless, it’s great to know that The Flash is one step closer to hitting cinemas next year.

Directed by Andy Muschietti from a script written by Birds of Prey scribe Christina Hodson, The Flash will be inspired by the Flashpoint comic storyline which followed The Flash as he navigated an altered DC Universe. Written by Geoff Johns and penciled by Andy Kuber, Flashpoint radically altered the status of the DC Comics universe and led to the launch of the New 52 titles. It is currently unknown how much inspiration the upcoming Ezra Miller film will take from the comic.

The Flash is set to hit theaters on June 3, 2022. Stay tuned for all the latest news on The Flash and be sure to subscribe to Heroic Hollywood’s YouTube channel for more exclusive video content.
