Probably one of the most useful items in Metroid Dread are the Energy Tank upgrades, which give you extra health and essentially make the game possible. We recommend collecting as many Energy Tanks as you can as quick as you can to ease your progress through the game. We’ll be sharing our list of all the Energy Tank locations in the game in the list below:
