The guest lineup for this month’s DC FanDome has been revealed and it includes Robert Pattinson, Jason Momoa, Dwayne Johnson, JJ Abrams, and others.
DC FanDome will be back on October 16, which will offer some insight into DC’s future projects. The Batman will bring a new trailer to the event, with Robert Pattinson, Zoe Kravitz, and Matt Reeves part of the guest list recently released.
Other big names include Jason Momoa, who will represent Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, Ezra Miller for The Flash, and Dwayne Johnson with Black Adam. Another big name featured on the DC FanDome list is JJ Abrams.
JJ Abrams is working on several DC projects and the only one confirmed to have a presence at FanDome is the animated series, Batman: Caped Crusader. Abrams is also developing numerous Justice League Dark projects and a Superman reboot with Ta-Nehisi Coates. This could mean DC FanDome will incoude new details about Abrams’ upcoming DC projects. The plot of The Batman is being kept under lock and key, but we know the film will follow Robert Pattinson as a younger version of Bruce Wayne, chronicling Batman during his second year as the Dark Knight of Gotham City. The film will also show off the hero using his skills as a detective more than what we’ve seen before in previous versions of the hero. It is also expected to be the first installment in a new trilogy of films with Pattinson.
Directed by Matt Reeves, The Batman stars Robert Pattinson as the titular hero, Zoe Kravitz as Catwoman, Paul Dano as the Riddler, Jeffrey Wright as Commissioner James Gordon, John Turturro as Carmine Falcone, Peter Sarsgaard as Gil Colson, Jayme Lawson as Bella Reál, with Andy Serkis as Alfred Pennyworth, and Colin Farrell as the Penguin.
