New merchandise for Marvel Studios’ Eternals gives more hints about the character of Black Knight, played by Kit Harington.
2021 has been a pretty exciting year for Marvel Studios. Since January, the Marvel Cinematic Universe has introduced fans to some of their exciting original series on DIsney Plus including WandaVision, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Loki and What If…?, while bringing audiences back to the theaters for new films such as Black Widow and Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. Now, the next film in the MCU slate is Eternals, from Academy Award-winner Chloe Zhao featuring one of the most impressive casts of any film in the franchise.
One of the most exciting additions to the Eternals cast is Kit Harington. The Emmy Award-nominated actor from HBO’s Game of Thrones makes his debut in the MCU as Dane Whitman, AKA Black Knight, and while details regarding the film remain sparse, fans are excited to see the actor go from his iconic role as Jon Snow to a part of the Eternals cast as this beloved Marvel Comics character.
New merchandise for Eternals shows off some interesting details regarding Kit Harington’s Black Knight. In this limited edition collectible super accessory box from GameStop, it includes a Black Knight ring, a Sersi necklace, Thena’s tiara and a Uni-mind bracelet.

In the comics, various versions of Black Knight don a raven symbol on their chest. With this collectible ring featuring such a symbol, this hints at Kit Harington’s Dane Whitman being part of a long line of individuals that have taken on the Black Knight title. It will be interesting to see where this is taken in the film when it finally hits theaters next month.
Kit Harington will finally make his MCU debut as Black Knight in Eternals. Here is the synopsis:
“When monstrous creatures called the Deviants, long thought lost to history, mysteriously return, the Eternals are forced to reunite in order to defend humanity once again.”
Chloé Zhao directs Eternals from a script she co-wrote with Patrick Burleigh, Kaz Firpo and Ryan Firpo. The cast of the Marvel Studios project includes Gemma Chan as Sersi, Richard Madden as Ikaris, Kumail Nanjiani as Kingo, Lia McHugh as Sprite, Brian Tyree Henry as Phastos, Lauren Ridloff as Makkari, Barry Keoghan as Druig, Don Lee as Gilgamesh, Kit Harington as Dane Whitman, Salma Hayek as Ajak and Angelina Jolie as Thena.
Eternals is set to hit theaters on November 5, 2021. Stay tuned for the latest news regarding Kit Harington as Black Knight and the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and subscribe to our YouTube channel for more content!
